Our four course kit includes:
- First course: 6 Wellfleet oysters and classic mignonette. Includes oyster knife!
- Second course: Steak Tartare. 6-ounces raw meat (ready to chop), fine herbs, cornichon, shallot, seasoning kit and a housemade whole wheat cracker.
- Third Course: A choice of a grassfed ribeye for two + marrow compound butter, a six bone rack of lamb for two, two housemade duck leg confit, or ready-to-eat tomato & fennel lobster sauce with bucatini. Each option comes with a recipe & how-to card.
- Fourth Course: 2 amaretto truffles & 4 conversation heart sugar cookies.
