This is our version of Texas chili.*** Slowly braised beef shank, 5 kinds of chiles, and a whole mess of spices - perfect on top of nachos or in a bowl with sour cream & cilantro.
Each order contains one (1) quart chili, shredded cheddar, scallions for garnish.
***Neither of us are from Texas but Joce's dad lives there! This chili has NO beans.
